All authors submitting papers for publication to the ICARSE agree that the papers are their own original work and are not plagiarized.
Regarding publication ethics, the ICARSE takes all precautions. Plagiarism of any kind, including but not limited to the use of another author’s ideas without proper attribution or the presentation of someone else’s work as one’s own, will not be published in the proceedings of this Conference. The ICARSE Committee reserves the right to employ software for detecting plagiarism on all submissions.
To ensure the highest possible quality of all accepted submissions. On average, each submission is evaluated by two anonymous reviewers.
When authors fail to properly cite other relevant published works, peer reviewers should point out the omission. The ICARSE Committee ensures a comprehensive and objective peer review and publication procedure. Manuscript review copies must be kept strictly confidential. The results and ideas of peer-reviewed research should be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers should be impartial, and their comments should be well-stated and supported by evidence, so authors can use them to improve the submitted paper. If a referee realizes that he is not qualified to review the research reported in the manuscript or cannot review it quickly, he should inform the editor. If a reviewer has a personal, financial, professional, or other conflict of interest with any of the authors, companies, or institutions associated with the submitted papers, they must recuse themselves from evaluating those papers.
All non-compliant articles will be removed from the proceedings if misconduct is discovered at any time, including after publication.
